1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EasyScanMe ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

EasyScanMe helps businesses scan, organize, and share receipts and expense documents with their accountants. Features include image capture, extraction, month packs, and export.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse these rules.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the receipts and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". EasyScanMe is a tool to organize documents — it is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyScanMe's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
